My experience was great when purchasing my travel trailer and when returning for the winterizing of the trailer. This is the first time that I have owned a travel trailer. My friend and I were looking for a used travel trailer. We drove by Freedom RV and noticed one on their lot in Brockville. We stoped and a very friendly salesman Yan came out and talked to us. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the trailer we had seen driving in. My friend had recently bought a different vehicle as hers was hit in an accident. It had no owners manual. We had looked online to see how much weight the vehicle could pull. It did not really tell us. Their mechanic Adam was working that day so Yan asked if he could come talk to us. He did and asked a few questions then went to look at the vehicle parked in their lot. He came back and was very upfront with us saying her vehicle had the wrong transmission to pull a trailer of that weight. He said it would ruin the transmssion. We told him thanks so much for being honest and upfront with us. They were great guys who cared about helping out 2 women by telling the truth and losing a sale. I give Freedom RV in Brockville 2 thumbs up and a 5 star rating for havng such honest and helpful people employed there. Thanks Yan and Adam!

We had massive water damage to our new to us rv. Freedom RV’s repair quote was the lowest so we chose them to do the repair. They actually came in UNDER budget and did a great job. We were very pleased with the end result. Barb in Service is wonderful to deal with. While I can’t speak to the sales side of things, I highly recommend their service department.

Shelves are well stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I required some help with my fifth wheel, short notice. Service department did everything they could for me and then some. Fast friendly very easy to deal with and provided options as well as recommendations. Great experience. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Freedom RV in Brockville, both the service and sales department. We have a newer Keystone trailer that we discovered had a leaking and rotting floor in the closet slideout. We were on a Seasonal camp site in their area. They were absolutely accommodating and offered us the opportunity to bring it in for repair. Past experiences with another rv service dealer (Outdoor Travel in Beamsville where we purchased our trailer) had us leary as the last time it went in for work that dealership did not complete the work for 2 months. Freedom RV took it in, diagnosed the issue, repaired it and had it ready for us within 2 weeks . Would have been sooner but we could not pick up any earlier. Barb in service kept us informed the entire time and even fixed another issue that supposedly Outdoor Travel had repaired.... not! They did not care that we had not purchased from them and made us feel like very valuable customers. See them for all your trailer needs. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

If I could rate this place more than 5 Stars, I would in a heart beat! They helped us out big time last week when we had mechanical issues with our trailer during one of the worst rainstorms we’ve ever travelled in and a days drive away from home. They were only a couple hours from closing and still managed to fix our issue and got us on the road to our destination. We are so thankful to them and their amazing technicians. 10/10 recommend their service department!

We purchased a Thor class B Dazzle from Freedom RV. In our final steps in getting it ready to go camping, we wanted to test the water system. And we had leaks! And this was at 5 pm! When looking up the phone number, I discovered they were open until 7 (great hours!). Needless to say I called. I spoke to sales first, and then Adam (who listened to my panicked call) Arrangements were made for us to bring the unit in on Monday morning (not an easy task as we live 5+ hours away from Brockville) We arrived at Freedom at 8 am, and the first person we spoke to was Scott, who did our delivery demo in service, Adam had informed him we would be on site on Monday. Long story short, the service technicians all started working on our unit. Scott spent 7 hrs doing the warranty work, to get us back on the road. While we waited all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from the coffee, the conversations etc. Denyse, even offered to loan us her car so we could go explore Brockville! We left with everything resolved except for the awning issues. It works but…..Scott worked with the technicians from Carefree but was waiting for a reply from a video he had sent them. Since the awning works, we decided to head for home with assurances that Sibhon would be in communication with them and would follow up with us regarding next steps. We cannot say enough about how well we were treated, the communication throughout the day with updates on the work status. Even Scott in sales, gave us an alternative way to go home to avoid the construction on the 401. Adam you have an amazing team, that do a phenomenal job! Again, thank you!

I never post reviews, but these guys deserve it! freedom Rv is hands down the best experience I've had shopping RVs. we worked with Kyle Austin. I'd highly recommend him to anyone serious about getting the best price and good solid honest advice. My wife had a TON of questions and Kyle had every answer. His knowledge and patience were outstanding! then my wife even saw him on YouTube explaining something else she was researchng! We were so impressed! Definitely buying and trading here from now on. Service was also great. I'd highly recommend this place.

Contacted Ryan in Service as I was having an electrical issue. He said drop it off and we will look at it in the next couple days. Later the same day he called back, come pick up your unit, all fixed. Went to pick up my unit, Ryan explained the issue, how to correct it should it occur again and sent me on my way. Needless to say the service I received was more than I ever expected thanks to Ryan and his staff. Looks like I found a new Service Department. Thanks for everything Freedom RV, I will be back.

We actually drove down from Montreal, so impressed with the friendliness and the patience of the staff as we made our selection. The delivery process was seamless I strongly recommend if you are looking to purchase an RV!

We had a great experience with the Freedom RV service department in Brockville. Our camper had an electrical problem which was very hard to pinpoint as the problem would come and go away. The service department got us in quickly, service tech's found & corrected the problem. Big relief to go camping knowing the problem was fixed. We will come back for future service calls !
